Formerly known as LottyCanna Events & Entertainment, we have rebranded as LottyLuna Events & Entertainment as we continue to navigate and evolve within New York State’s cannabis regulations—while staying true to the heart of what we do.

Founded in Buffalo, New York, we specialize in curating alternative entertainment for alternative spaces—transforming dispensaries, lounges, and unconventional venues into unforgettable, experience-driven environments.
At our core, we believe the cannabis industry deserves more than transactions—it deserves culture, artistry, and community.
What began in December 2025 as a passion-driven concept has quickly grown into a dynamic creative platform known for producing themed cabaret shows, experiential events, decade parties, and elevated nightlife moments within the cannabis space. From our debut Prohibition-style cabaret to the Zodiac Cabaret and beyond, each production is intentionally designed to immerse guests in a world where performance, storytelling, and atmosphere collide.
Our signature Cabaret Series blends burlesque, drag, live music, flow arts, and multidisciplinary performance into one cohesive, high-energy experience. No two shows are the same—each theme invites both performers and guests to step into a new universe.
But we are more than just a cabaret.

Meet our founder—Carlotta Marrs
Carlotta— The visionary force behind LottyLuna Events & Entertainment (formerly LottyCanna E&E).
Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Carlotta has become a recognizable presence in the cannabis industry, widely known as Lotty— or more specifically, LottyCanna— a name synonymous with creativity, culture, and elevated experiences.
Through her work in the New York cannabis space, she identified a gap that couldn’t be ignored: entertainment was missing. Dispensaries had product, but they lacked atmosphere, artistry, and experience. Instead of waiting for that to change, she created it.
But before the brand, before the productions—there was a dream.
Too intimidated to approach an established burlesque troupe, Carlotta took a different path. She built her own stage. What began as a single, self-created opportunity—to feel comfortable dancing, performing, and fully expressing herself—quickly evolved into something much greater. In solving her own fear, she unknowingly began solving a much larger problem within the industry.
From that one fearless moment, an entire world was born.
Today, she produces immersive events and cabaret experiences that transform cannabis spaces into cultural destinations—where performance, energy, and community come alive.
Beyond the stage, Carlotta is a cannabis educator, fire performer, burlesque performer, brand-facing personality, and event organizer— seamlessly blending plant medicine with performance art. Her work is rooted in intention, inclusivity, and creating spaces that feel as alive as they are unforgettable.
With a signature blend of camp, glamour, and unapologetic authenticity, Lotty isn’t just hosting events—she’s building a movement.
